CASE Collection Clothing is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Once an item leaves the shop, we cannot be responsible for handling by these carriers, though we will certainly do our best to work with you to resolve any issues that may occur.

If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control, CASE Collection Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays and cannot guarantee shipping even if expedited shipping options are chosen. CASE Collection Clothing is also unable to refund expedited shipping costs if a shipment is delayed.
