CASE Collection Clothing is now offering items that will only be available for online purchase. With this new collection we will be able to offer a more inclusive size range, a wider variety of items and a greater quantity of each item offered.

All items in the Online Exclusive collection will ship to you based on the total weight of the items you purchase. Orders will ship within 2-5 days of your order being placed.

CASE Collection Clothing is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Once an item leaves the shop, we cannot be responsible for handling by these carriers, though we will certainly do our best to work with you to resolve any issues that may occur.


We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 



How long does it take to process the return?

  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the date we received your item(s) back for your return/exchange to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my store credit for my return?

  • Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your store credit code sent to your email address on file.

Is there a return fee?

  • If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping will be exact shipping amount for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method. However, we can usually help cut shipping cost for you when you use our pre-paid label.
